Philipp Schmeckenbächer has been working in gastronomy with heart and dedication for over 11 years. After his apprenticeship at Gasthof Hasen in Herrenberg, he improved his skills by gaining experience as demi chef and chef de partie. His desire for direct guest contact led him then to the Edeka "Frischetheke", where he deepened his knowledge of meat, fish, cheese, and sausage.
For the past one and a half years, Philipp has been part of our team, delighting guests with his hearty, clean, and passionate culinary style. He especially enjoys cooking for people from around the world, aiming to give them a sense of home through his dishes. The smiles and appreciation of his guests are the greatest reward and the reason he cooks with such passion. His goal is to create meals that not only satisfy but leave guests feeling genuinely well and cared for.
In his free time, Philipp loves high-speed downhill drives on his bike or his skis depending on the season. His favorite dish is lasagna, declaring: "It's time-consuming, but always worth the effort."
